Troubleshooting:
If you can't surf the net or retrieve e-mail after installing PicBlock.
1. Make sure you reboot your system after install.
2. Make sure you select "Yes" when prompted by your software firewall to allow PicBlock access to the Internet.
3. Make sure you are running at least Windows 98SE or higher Microsoft operating system.
4. If all else fails simply uninstall PicBlock and reboot your system.
Technical Jargon:
PicBlock is a Layered Service Provider (LSP) application that intercepts all socket communications made by the operating system. All socket requests are proxied through PicBlock which then filters all image request tags made via the HTTP Protocol.
